We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered approximately 5–11 business days after processing.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order ships.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Items may be fulfilled from different locations and arrive in separate packages.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order enters processing.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within (7 days) with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.
Do you offer returns?
Eligible unused items may be returned according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Are your products only for freshmen?
Not at all! Our products are designed for college students at every stage—from move-in day through graduation.
